Windows VPS customers.
Overview:
Remote Desktop Protocol, or RDP, allows you to access your Windows VPS desktop remotely.
What you need before starting:

Windows VPS IP address

administrator username and password

Remote Desktop client
Steps on Windows:

Open Remote Desktop Connection.

Enter your VPS IP address.

Click Connect.

Enter your administrator username and password.

Accept the certificate warning if prompted.
Steps on macOS:
Install Microsoft Remote Desktop from the App Store, then create a new connection using your VPS IP and login details.
How to verify it worked:
You should see the Windows desktop of your VPS.
Common mistakes:

RDP blocked in firewall

wrong IP or credentials

service not fully provisioned yet
